Simple maintenance tracking

Every leak, breakdown, and burnt-out bulb — tracked to done.

RepairDesk360 gives tenants, staff and guests one link to report problems, and your team one list to fix them from. For rental properties and businesses alike. Nothing to install, easy to use.

Free for your first property. No card required. You can be taking requests in five minutes.

Who it's for

Anyone done chasing repairs through calls, texts and spreadsheets

Landlords and property managers

Tenants report from your link, and every unit keeps its own repair history.

Small and medium businesses

Shops, offices, restaurants, clinics and hotels: staff report a fault in seconds, and your handyman or contractor takes it from there.

Facility and maintenance teams

Equipment with QR labels, scheduled inspections and a parts store, when you are ready for them.

How it works

Three people. One simple flow.

Each person sees only what they need, so nobody needs training.

1 · Whoever spots it

Reports it from their phone

A tenant, an employee or a guest opens your link, picks the building, describes the problem and adds a photo. They get a reference number and a link to follow progress. No app, no account.

2 · You

Assign it in a couple of clicks

It lands in one list with its property, unit and photo. Set the priority, choose who fixes it, and they get an email straight away.

3 · Your technician

Fixes it, and everyone knows

Their week is on their phone, with Start and Pause on every job. When it's done, whoever reported it is told and the history stays on the property.

What you won't need

What it does

Simple on the surface. Effective underneath.

Every request has a clock

Give each priority a time to reply and a time to fix. Late work is flagged before anyone has to call you, and public replies keep whoever reported it posted without the phone tag.

A memory for every property

Every request, comment, photo, and status change is kept on the property record. When the same radiator fails twice, you will know — and you will have the history to act on it.

Questions

Questions, answered simply

We're a business, not a landlord. Does it fit?

Yes. A property is any building or site you look after: a shop, an office, a restaurant, a hotel. Your staff and guests report through the same link, and you choose what the spaces inside are called: units, rooms, suites, areas or your own word.

Do tenants or staff need an account or an app?

No. They open your private link in any browser, on any phone. They get a reference number and a link to check progress, and an email when you reply if they leave an address.

How do I move over from spreadsheets or a shared inbox?

Add your properties, share your link, and new requests start arriving in one list. On Growth and above, you can import your equipment list from a spreadsheet.

Will it work on my team's phones?

Yes. Every screen works on a phone, and technicians get their week as a simple list made for small screens.

Can I get my data out?

Yes, on every paid plan. Once an owner asks to close the organization, Download all data gives them a zip with a spreadsheet for every list and every file you've uploaded, before anything is deleted.

Do I have to use the AI features?

No. They're on the Business plan only, and each stays off until an owner or admin switches it on. Everything else works the same without them.

Can I cancel?

Any time, by moving to the Free plan in Settings → Billing. Your paid plan runs to the end of the period you paid for, and nothing renews. Within 14 days of your first payment you can ask for a full refund through Paddle, who handle our billing. Read the Refund Policy

The next request is coming. Be ready for it.

Add a property, share your link, and let RepairDesk360 keep track of the rest.
