Terms of Service
Last updated October 27, 2026
These terms are an agreement between you and NC Consulting, Castries, Saint Lucia ("we", "us"), the business that provides RepairDesk360 at repairdesk360.com (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to them. If you use the Service for an organization, you agree for that organization too, and confirm you're allowed to.
1. Who can use RepairDesk360
- You must be at least 18, or using the Service on behalf of a business.
- Each login is for one person. Keep your password safe; you're responsible for what happens under your account.
- An organization's owners are responsible for the people they invite and what those people do in the organization.
2. Plans, payment and renewal
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle takes payment, charges any sales tax or VAT, issues invoices and handles billing questions and refunds. Paddle's own buyer terms also apply to your purchase.
- The Free plan costs nothing. Paid plans and extra properties are billed monthly or yearly, in advance, at the prices shown when you subscribe.
- Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period until you cancel.
- Changing plan, billing period or extra properties takes effect at once; Paddle charges or credits the difference for the rest of the period.
- You can cancel at any time in Settings → Billing. Your plan continues until the end of the period you've paid for, then your organization moves to the Free plan. Your data is kept; anything over the Free plan's limits stays but you can't add more.
- If a payment fails, Paddle retries it. If it still can't be collected, the subscription may be paused or cancelled.
- We may change prices. We'll tell you at least 30 days before a new price applies to your subscription, and you can cancel before then.
- Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.
3. Your data
- Everything your organization puts into the Service, including properties, requests, work orders, files and notes ("Your Data"), belongs to you. You give us permission to store, process and display it only to run, secure and support the Service for you.
- For the personal information in Your Data, such as your tenants' names and contact details, you decide what's collected and why, and we process it on your behalf. You're responsible for having the right to collect it and for telling the people concerned, for example through your own privacy notice.
- We handle personal information as described in our Privacy Notice, keep it confidential, protect it with reasonable security, and use only trusted service providers to help run the Service.
- You can delete your own account at any time in Settings → Profile; the Privacy Notice explains what that removes. An organization's owner can close the organization in Settings → Organization, and once closing is requested, on a paid plan, download a full copy of its data there. Closing is confirmed by an owner at least 7 days after it's requested, and then the organization's records and files are deleted at once.
- Keep your own copies of anything important. We take backups, but we don't promise that data can always be recovered.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- break any law, or use the Service to harass, defraud, or send spam;
- upload anything you don't have the right to share, or that infringes someone else's rights;
- upload malware, or try to probe, break, overload or get around the Service's security or limits;
- access another organization's data, or scrape or copy the Service by automated means;
- resell or rent the Service to others without our written agreement.
5. AI features
- Some plans include features that use artificial intelligence, such as suggesting a request's category and priority, answering repair questions about an asset, and drafting job notes from a voice memo. They are off until someone in your organization switches them on.
- When they're on, the text, documents and recordings involved are sent to our AI provider to produce an answer, as our Privacy Notice explains.
- AI answers can be wrong or incomplete. They are suggestions, not professional advice. Check them before relying on them, especially for safety, electrical, gas or structural work, which should always follow the manufacturer's instructions, the law and qualified professionals.
- You're responsible for what you ask, what you upload, and how you use the answers. Don't use the AI features for anything the acceptable use rules above forbid.
6. Our service and intellectual property
- We own the Service, its software, design and brand. These terms give you a right to use it, not ownership of it.
- If you send us ideas or feedback, we may use them without owing you anything.
- The pages shown to the people who report issues to you (the confirmation after they send a request, and their request's status page) may show a small promotion, labelled Sponsored, for a company related to us. On the Free plan they usually do.
- If you believe something in the Service infringes your rights, write to [email protected] and we'll look into it promptly.
7. Availability
We work to keep the Service running and secure, but we provide it "as is" and "as available". We don't promise it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every purpose. We may change, add or remove features; if we remove something important to a paid plan, we'll tell you first.
8. Liability
- To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits, revenue, data or goodwill, or for losses caused by things outside our reasonable control.
- To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim connected with the Service is limited to the amount you paid for it in the 12 months before the claim arose.
- Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law, such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
- If you're a consumer, nothing in these terms takes away rights you have under the consumer laws of the place you live.
9. Indemnity
If you use the Service for a business, that business will cover our reasonable costs of any claim made against us by someone else because of Your Data or because of its breach of these terms.
10. Suspension and closing accounts
- You can stop using the Service at any time, cancel any subscription as described above, delete your account in Settings → Profile, and, as an owner, close your organization in Settings → Organization, which cancels its subscription straight away.
- We may suspend or close an account if it seriously or repeatedly breaks these terms, if payment isn't made, or if it puts the Service, other customers or the public at risk. Where reasonable, we'll warn you first and give you a chance to fix the problem.
- If we close the Service or an account without your fault, we'll give you reasonable notice to export your data and refund any part of a payment for time you can no longer use.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. For changes that matter, we'll give at least 30 days' notice by email or in the Service. If you keep using the Service after they take effect, you accept them; if you don't agree, you can cancel before then.
12. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of Saint Lucia, and the courts of Saint Lucia handle disputes about them. If you're a consumer, you can also bring a claim in the courts where you live, and you keep the protection of that place's mandatory consumer laws. Before going to court, please write to us so we can try to put things right.
13. Everything else
- These terms, the Privacy Notice and the Refund Policy are the whole agreement between us about the Service.
- If part of these terms can't be enforced, the rest still applies.
- If we don't enforce a right straight away, we can still enforce it later.
- You can't transfer your rights under these terms without our agreement. We may transfer ours to a business that takes over the Service, and your rights won't be reduced.
