Refund Policy

Last updated October 27, 2026

RepairDesk360 is provided by NC Consulting, Castries, Saint Lucia. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com, the Merchant of Record for all our orders, so Paddle processes refunds.

14-day money-back guarantee

If RepairDesk360 isn't right for you, you can have a full refund if you ask within 14 days of your first payment for a paid plan. You don't need to give a reason.

How to ask for a refund

Go to paddle.net, find your order using the email address you paid with, and request a refund there. Refunds go back to the payment method you used. Your bank or card provider may take a few days to show them.

After the first 14 days

Renewals, plan changes and extra properties aren't normally refunded, and we don't refund unused time when you cancel part-way through a period. Instead, cancelling stops the next renewal and your plan keeps working until the end of the period you've paid for. If something has gone wrong, such as a duplicate charge, a renewal you meant to cancel, or the Service not working as it should, request a refund at paddle.net and say what happened: we'll look at every request fairly and may refund in part or in full.

Cancelling

Owners can cancel at any time in Settings → Billing by moving to the Free plan. You keep your data, and you can subscribe again whenever you like. When you change plans, Paddle charges or credits the difference for the rest of the current period straight away.

Your legal rights

This policy doesn't affect any rights you have under the consumer laws of the place you live, including any legal right to cancel or to a refund for a service that isn't as described.
